Influence of Thoughts Vs Influence of Genes

29th June 2010

The debate between the newly discovered facts about how thoughts influence the body is an interesting one. It becomes all the more interesting when we try to test it against the long believed concepts harbingering the belief that the genetic makeup of any human being is the sole controller of its physical as well as mental states. This particular concept has made people believe in situations like debilitating diseases running in the family, temperamental challenges faced by people and even the way of thinking that they may be prone to.

Genes control our lives. This has been taught to us since our childhood days. Most of the countries around the world have followed a certain system of science and have adopted similar teaching methodologies incorporating similar concepts. Whether people have understood biology or not is another matter. But one thing they have understood very well. They have resigned to understanding that their life is not under their control in any way. It is under the control of their genes. And since they have no control over the selection of their genes it was impossible for them to have any control over their lives too. This knowledge has created more problems than anything else. People have lost their power. People have lost the power that really belongs to them. This is the power that is rightfully theirs. It is a great thing that the world today is awakening to making this power available to the mankind again.

Human beings have remained victims of their genetic makeup. But is it possible that just the belief that some problems like fatal diseases were considered to be genetic in nature made people actually get afflicted with them? We all have seen cases where people have come out unscathed from diseases, which were thought to ‘run’ in their families. We also know about the placebo effect where a sugar pill creates similar or perhaps even better relief in people suffering from incapacitating diseases. Why does it happen? What may be the best explanation of such situations?

The most plausible explanation comes from the fact that people got over their conditions because they whole heartedly believed that they can do so. Belief can really do wonders. It can create changes that are generally thought about as impossible. On the same count, there is no dearth of examples where people have developed severe situations because of their negative mind sets. This is the opposite situation of placebo effect and is known as nosebo effect.

What if people can be trained to use the power of their minds rather than to rely on drugs to heal themselves? What kind of a life would that be? Would it be better and healthier because of being chemical free? The role our mind plays in healing has been known to science for a long time now. There have been developed several methodologies, which have the potential to teach us about the tremendous healing powers of our minds. They have the power to tell us how to access the innermost and the most energetic parts of our minds and to use them to heal ourselves.

One of such  great methodologies are available at Quantum Jumping program. See it for yourself to find out what can be achieved by truly being able to use the power of your mind.
